Validity

A seat reservation allows unlimited times.
*Seat resevations must be reseved at JR-West ir JR-Shikoku station ticket office before boading the trains.

●Reserved / Non-reserved seat on Sanyo Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Hakata incl. Nozomi and Mizuho
•The pass can be used for the "Hello Kitty Shinkansen".

●Reserved / Non-reserved seats on Express Trains. -Haruka -Shiokaze -Ishizuchi -Nampu etc.

●JR local trains incl. Rapid and Special Rapid service trains.

*The pass invalid for Tokaido Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Tokyo.
*The pass invalid for Kyusyu Shinkansen between Hakata and Kagoshima-Chuo.


●Chugoku JR Bus (Meipuru-pu only)

*Highway bus, Airport Limousine bus and Sightseeing buses cannot be used by the pass.

This rail pass is valid for consecutive days.

Eligibility for use

Only a foreign tourist visiting Japan from abroad for sight-seeing, under the entry status of "temporary visitor."Japanese passport holders or Japanese residents cannot be used.

How to turn in an Exchange Order to receive a Pass

After arriving in Japan, please exchange your Exchange Order for the Setouchi Area Pass at the designated counters. Please present your passport with the "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker. (You cannot use a copy of your passport etc.)

*The counters can be very crowded during tourist season. Please leave extra time for receiving the rail pass.
*Business days and hours are subject to change during the New Year holidays etc.
