●*Reserved/Non-reserved seat on Sanyo Shinkansen between Mihara and Hakata.
   -The pass can be used for the "Hello Kitty Shinkansen".
 
●*Reserved/Non-reserved seat on Express Trains. 

*Seat reservation allows up to 6 times.

*A separate ticket is required for a Green car.
*Sanyo Shinkansen between Mihara and Shin Osaka can not be used by the pass.
*Tokaido Shinkansen between Shin Osaka and Tokyo can not be used by the pass.
*Kyusyu Shinkansen between Hakata and Kagoshima Chuo can not be used by the pass.

Valid Period

5-Day pass allows you to choose the starting date, and can be used for 5 consecutive days from the starting date.

Eligibility for use

Only a foreign tourist visiting Japan from abroad for sight-seeing, under the entry status of "temporary visitor."Japanese passport holders or Japanese residents can not be used.

How to turn in an Exchange Order to receive a Pass

After arriving in Japan, please exchange your Exchange Order for the Hiroshima-Yamaguchi Area Pass at the designated counters. Please present your passport with the "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker. (You cannot use a copy of your passport etc.)

*The counters can be very crowded during tourist season. Please leave extra time for receiving the rail pass.
*Business days and hours are subject to change during the New Year holidays etc.
